I'm disappointed with this after buying one last summer. It doesn't oscillate, is quite noisy & doesn't point downwards off the horizontal. If putting it on a bedside table at night it blows above you as you can't point it downwards. A standard table fan is better in my opinion.

You put it upside down, so you inverse the stand and woalah it points downward

Here's a TL;DR about this fan (imo) from when I made a Deal post the other day:

    Note:
It doesn't oscillate, and, YMMV, but I don't think this fan is that loud (I can sleep with it on - I'm a bit of an insomniac and sensitive to noise). The power switch at the back of the unit is probably my only minus (see the last review screenshot).

If you have, or know someone who has a 3D printer, then suffer the uselessness of that power knob no longer! makerworld.com/en/…rch

It's fine in the day, but at night it was like having a jet engine in the room. So loud compared to my other fans

Heat! I bought this for £25 a few years back and it went for £45 during the past few years' heatwaves.

Heat! I bought one of these last year and it was great! What was even better was they accidentally delivered two! Can’t say that will happen to you but I was impressed with one

I approve of this product. First one I bought back in 2019, all three still going strong. I use one every night to help me sleep. Very good airflow and quiet for the cooling provided. Lowest I've paid is ~£16.50 but still well worth it at this price. Good find OP! 52427424-znO7y.jpg (edited)

Wondering if you think this would be sufficient for my toddler's room, room dims are approx. 3m x 2m ? May be ideal for the summer

Thought I’d give this a try to help keep my head from boiling my brain whilst cycling on Zwift.

I've got two of these I run while Zwifting, they're OK but don't move a huge volume of air. That said, they have been reliable for many hundreds of hours' use over the past 7 years or so!

Really good value for what they are. Would recommend

I got one, it's powerful, but I found it very noisy. Not good for a bedroom in my experience.
I went back to a cheapo supermarket oscillating one,

Last year, I bought two Meaco 1056p pedestal fans, and they're the best fans, by far, that I've come across.

Bought this back on deal 2-3 years ago, great fan. A little annoying that it doesn't oscillate but is a powerful little thing.

Lots of conflicting comments on noise. Some say loud some say quiet.

    It's quiet
