Is the £300 ISH difference between the classic 1 and 2 justified? (edited)

My research suggests the key difference is the Kontrol Tower Top Vent (can use in rain) and the air hinge. You can get the top vent aftermarket if you want, so really the hinge. I went for the 1.

Mark Electrical has the Kamado Classic 1 on offer for 720£ or so.

    Typical price tbh.

This is still a ton of money for a couple of big flowerpots.

But I love mine and you'll love it too!

This is pretty standard pricing everywhere. Wouldn’t bother with either. Plenty of very good copies available. At half the cost

You're the second person to say that is standard pricing, care to share examples of 1 maybe 2 retailers currently selling these Kamado Joe's (not copies) cheaper or even same price?
