Product Overview

Pictures, work docs, spreadsheets, or posters – the Brother DCP-L3520CDWE LED printer can handle them all.

It’s designed for home or office use and can connect to just about any device with its Direct Printer feature. And as it works with WiFi, you can send everything from your phone, tablet, or computer. No more faffing with cables.

Speaking of no faff, you won’t even need to be bamboozled when it comes to buying more ink, EcoPro can detect when the printer’s running low and automatically place an order for more. It’s really easy to set up too. Plus, you’ll save paper costs by printing double-sided. Convenient and efficient – that’s the way we like it.

Key Features

  • LED printer - great for precise colour printing
  • Double-sided printing with a built-in fax machine
  • Ideal for the home office
  • Lets you print directly from your device
  • Connect to WiFi & send files wirelessly to your printer

Apologies for any confusion caused. Upon checking, I have found that subscriptions to Brother's E-series printers are indeed cancelable. Thank you for your understanding.

---Please consider avoiding printers with a model code containing an 'E', as they often require an active subscription and an Internet connection for operation.--- (edited)

Please don't spread misinformation. This is totally incorrect - as a owner of a -E Brother printer the EcoPro subscription is totally optional, you can just use normal toner and it doesn't need a internet connection (although I imagine most people would want to connect it to their wifi anyway for convinence)

Anyone who bought it have a view on replacement cartridges - from a quick glance they seem pricey?

Doesn't look like there's any 3rd party refill support either.

Is this model really new, or have Brother finally gone down the dark path of DRM toner?

That’s so cheap for a great colour laser printer

But manual duplexing even for printing, which will be a deal breaker for some.

Would the cashback be paid if it's eBay?

Good time for them to capitalise on an escape from the dystopian hellscape of ink. HP practically did all their advertising for them...

That's exactly what I'm trying to do as my wife prints a lot for work, and Instant Ink plan keeps rolling over and costing a fortune.

I'd be all over this deal if there were compatible toners.

They’ll even connect it to your water pipes for £30!

Very good price for a 3 in 1 laser printer, Brother are very good at paying out cashback too. If you have TopCashBack you also have a chance of 1% eBay cashback through them. Good find OP

    Thanks.

Works out to £153.40 with the cashback which is a steal.

I bought the MFC-L3750CDW for £223 back in 2019 - absolutely terrific piece of kit. Ink super cheap too via 3rd party options, and replacements are few and far between - no dried ink or annoyances you get with non laser printer options.

Are these the replacement cartridges for this printer? And does anyone know if you get the Brother cashback if you buy from ebay. amazon.co.uk/DCP…c=1

    I think it's TN-248 but I can't find any compatible toners.

Argh... Fantastic price for what appears to be a solid laser printer. Unfortunately I already bought an Epson Eco-tank et-2850 back in August for £229 and very happy with it so far so probably a waste to replace it already. Also, laser printers are much larger so would have nowhere to put it. (edited)
    rwukuk's avatar
I bought et-2850 3 years ago. I only use original ink. I don’t use it frequently- a few times a month or so. Recently the color printing is getting worse with several white lines etc despite I did the maintenance many times.

Is the automatic duplex or manual, im seeing conflicting info on the brother site and ebay or maybe im just going mad.
    Jonwillis's avatar
From a number of sites I've seen it's automatic duplex printing

I was earlier, called their support on 0333 777 4444 option 2 and they sent me an email with some basic details which they required and are now going to manually process the cashback. (edited)
