    Personally I don’t get these recipes books for air fryers, an air fryer is an oven. You just need to reduce the timings and temperature to a guide

    It doesn't really cook in the same way that most people's ovens do though. They cook things faster and give much more of an overall crispiness because the heat is more concentrated and the air is circulated more quickly - it's quite different, so I get why a distinct books can be useful.
