For that kind of weight you need to dig footings

Fake brickwork panelling? That is horrific…

Pretty terrible value for what it is frankly. But people seem to heat it so eh, you do you if you choose to burn £7.5K on this.

£30k for single floor extension is cheap these days. Looking nearly double in south. It's not the 1980s anymore. Building supplies are a lot and builders are getting what they deserve to be paid. I'm looking at the durabase system which is a DIY option but will pass building control.

    Expensive for a shed

Does anyone know if these can be stacked, to add a bedroom upstairs?

£15k would be great value for a double story extension, especially brick style.

Why stop there, add few rows and stack like bunk bed and rent out

A lot of people saying this is and won't last without actually saying how they know? I don't know what this is made of but it sounds like sips panels, if that's the case you should probably do some research because they are making entire houses of our them now and they are definitely built to last.

Looks like the sheds over my local allotments knocked up from old upvc units and fence panels.
