I managed to add it to my basket after it went OOS , I checked out but it went OOS again before I managed to pay. For some reason it still accepted the order though (and I received a dispatch email around an hour ago).

    Amazing deal!
Best price in Europe so far.

It is not a laptop strictly for gaming. I'd put it in the premium class alongside the Vivobook Pro, which was recently available, and the Legion Slim 7. It weighs less than the gaming cows, which makes it a little weaker in cooling, but it's not turbo noisy. The battery life is fine. The screen is beautiful. Fingerprint reader. You can expand the ram memory up to 64GB. Very good speakers.
    A really great offer, applause!

Looks like a good deal. As usual with MSI laptops, watch out for the delicate hinges

I was going to ask if Curry's have got any better, since I stopped buying from them years ago. Then, it was so much a problem getting the money back when something was faulty, rather than a credit note. When something went faulty within hours - but they said, next day, that counted as "Being used" and so they couldn't give the money back. When you needed to photograph the serial number before handing it back for "inspection" - as they might easily return a different one - one that had been misused by the buyer. Of course, that could just be a reflection of chaos in their "inspection" section.. Never put down to enemy action that which can be explained by good old fashioned c*** - ups.

However, as this one is OOS - that's spared me the angst of going against my better judgement and buying from them again.

I dont have time to look into it but often msi don't offer full fat/TGP on their gpus. So even though it says 4070 it might not be in reality
