About this deal

The first super-sized TentBox and Living Pod Bundle, equipped to sleep families of 4. The TentBox XL has two skylights, dual layer memory foam mattress, a foot-friendly 'flat-step' ladder, and a new rainfly design meaning less poles. It's a softsheel tent with a new fabric cover and an upgraded ripstop polyester shell meaning less sunbleaching, higher rated rainproofing and YKK zips throughout. Expect new, premium quality.

With the Lite 2.0 living pod you can quickly create a living area underneath the fold-out part of your Lite XL; perfect for hunkering down when it's raining, or creating a shaded area when the sun's out. Most really good tents cost about that, but will last 50 plus years correctly looked after.

Here's an example £1500 in the sale from 3k outdoorworlddirect.co.uk/ten…BwE. (edited)

"hear me out guys, its a tent, but you know how you pitch a tent, then you go out for a drive?"

    "yeah?"

"well, you can't do that any more, and it costs 2k"

    "genius."

Do you not just press a button and it all just folds back in and you drive off

This is the problem with this site tbh. It might not be good value for yourself but for people who want this, it is.

For when the boss "needs you to get this project finished", but still expects you in at 7am

I take it the car is included for that price?

From what I can see the tent alone costs about £1900 so you're getting the £400 living pod for £70. Not for me, but voted hot as I can't find it cheaper.

Yep, this is a good deal. These are very popular now and this is a great tent.

Think that might be the 2 person tent, the deal is for a 4 person tent. Still a good deal in it's own right though.

Tentbox are at the lower end of roof tents and look like a lot of generic tents coming out of china, I am still unable to find where they are manufactured unlike a lot of the proven companies that have been around for years and offer better quality tents for not much more.

I would suggest looking at Howling moon or Tuff trek ranges for this type of fold out tent, better material, mattress thickness proven track record etc etc oh and in the roof tent community it’s known as an annex not a living pod that’s just a tent box thing.
