I bought a 55” Tosh TV from Argos which I didn’t use often maybe once or twice a week for a couple of hours. It lasted just over 12 months. Poor quality product.

Good prices on teles these days but I would only buy one with a 5 year warranty. Too many stories of them breaking in the first few years.

Seems like a lot of TV for the money with Fire TV operating system ♨️

Anyone know what the difference is between the UF3D, the QF3D, and the QF5D series?

Bought this exact TV from another retailer & when setting up at the point of tuning in the TV channels it froze & would go no further, not sure if this was a Fire issue but after 3 hours & an hour of that on the phone to the tech department I gave up & it is being returned today.

It's a shame as the Toshiba smart TV (non Fire) in our lounge is now 4 years old and has not missed a beat, hence buying another Toshiba. (edited)

Yup, Toshiba are decent and durable, mine must be 10 years now. I never buy a TV to use the built in tech as like in your case, it caused problems... I only use dedicated tech external to the TV... I'll add, after buying a 4k firestick for the gf, I'd never buy one again, utter nightmare... Having one built into the TV... Well...

I bought this and it repeatedly drops WiFi signal. Apparently this is a common issue with FireTV and has no solution other than to hard wire it.
