You really can do with a better brand for these specs at this price range. I tested lots of power banks, and the worst of all was a Charmast 20k 65w. I appreciate this is a different model, but personally, I don't trust the brand. I understand if this was a bargain, but it is not. INIU is not a brand I trust either, but their prices are better, and people seem to be happy with the brand.
