    Nope. Still micro USB.

I bought the Anker and also the Tronsmart T2 Plus from Amazon. Put them side by side and found the Tronsmart T2 had better sound performance. Too much bass on the Anker which sounded muffled when on full volume. Worth checking that one out on Amazon also. Battery life and sound is superb!

These are amazing. Had mine for years. Great sound and a battery life that keeps on giving

Yeah, we have one (not sure if this one exactly) for the bathroom. Great piece of kit for the price.

Looks like the boost is reduced again to £39

Is it worth the extra money?
    MattB25's avatar
Personally I had the original and upgraded to the boost, the boost sounded better but the device has died now - whereas the original is still alive and kicking from 2016

Hmm my Bose Mini Soundlink 2 has a dead battery, repair will be £50, or... this for half the price?

I’d go for repairing the Bose that’s what my mate did when his battery eventually died .. good as new again

I got this and a pair of anker headphones and a boom 2 . Excellent products for the price

If this had partycast, I'd be all over it

I've got a soundcore mini, is it worth upgrading to this? The mini starts to sound bad at louder volumes and the Anker app doesn't seem to support the mini so no EQ
    vinster345's avatar
I assume not the Mini 3? If it's the Mini 3, then it's not worth upgrading (I bought both from Amazon and sent this speaker back, and kept the Mini 3)

Or Anker 2 for like £10 more...

I have this speaker and really like it for listening to podcasts and using for zoom etc instead of a headset. For these used and for the money it's a great buy. I don't see the point of trying to link them up for a party type occasion as the sort of bass which makes you want to move just isn't there for me, as far as I know you still need something bigger and more expensive for that.

i have the original one and it still works, great for beer gardens beach park etc..

Ordered one the other day for £26.99. Great little speaker for outside and surprisingly punchy sound. Good value with the extra £3 off!

Does anyone know if this has AUX in?
    Extrovert's avatar
As per the user manual on Amazon, it does have an aux

Hi, do these pair with one or more of the same speakers?
    SahmeeP's avatar
Not unless they've made a software upgrade on recent versions, which I seriously doubt. The later model with more rounded features, but the same basic dimensions, is capable of pairing with others of its exact model. The one thing I don't like about anker is that they've created different speaker grouping systems that don't work with each other. (edited)

Are these the Soundcore 1? I have this one and the Soundcore 2 and the 2 has much better sound quality.
