Next cheapest I can find is £91.95 on eBay with voucher FREE8, seems to be a decent impact wrench based on reviews I've seen.

Not quite as cheap as it was in Feb (£63) but still not bad!

As part of the Ryobi ONE+™ system of over 200 cordless tools for the home, garden, automotive, crafting and much more, the Ryobi 18V ONE+™ R18IW3-0 Cordless 3-Speed Impact Wrenches are perfect for fastening and loosening heavy duty fasteners.

Designed to deliver high torque, this impact wrench delivers 400Nm of torque which is ideal for many tasks that may involve heavy fastening and loosening bolts and much more. The impact wrench is perfect for anyone who maintains their own car or needs to use large fasteners on timber or steel construction projects.

had one of these for a few years now - funnily enough it was a HUKD offer that i got back then. i've used mine for driving M10 masonry bolts on various garden decking and roofing timber projects. if you are already a ryobi user then well worth buying if you think you will be doing any heavy jobs.

I ordered yesterday but cancelled it because It doesn't have brushless motor.

I think lack of a brushless motor would've been the least of your worries.
