sorted bymight not be relevant to this model but there are walking "pads" like these that have handrails. when the rail is folded down the pad detects its in "desk walking mode" and restricts the speed to a "walk" but if the rail is in the upright position it allows any speed up to the max
I walk and work every day, not all day just for periods of time over the day. Standing desks are so cheap now to pair with one. My desk is permanently set up, and i just stand when not walking. Its easy enough to walk and type at a low pace.
