25% off Selected Wine and Champagne When Purchasing 6 or More Bottles - clubcard price

As with Asda and Sainsburys, Tesco have manipulated their wine prices making these 25% off deals no longer worth bothering with.
Stick to Aldi.

Isla Negra was £4.50 the last time I bought it and it was overpriced then, if their model is to increase the price by about 25% to decrease it by about 25% then no thanks. I would rather not support Aldi but better and cheaper wine, you don't have to buy 6 and don't need to mess around with loyalty cards and not forgetting the staff are quicker more efficient and more pleasant. Its clearly a no from me

Purely in terms of getting a good double discount, the following look like decent deals here:

Mad Fish Sauvignon Blanc 75Cl - Clubcard price £7.50 = £5.62 each when you buy 6 bottles.

Mad Fish Shiraz 75Cl - Clubcard price £7.50 = £5.62 each when you buy 6 bottles.

Taittinger Brut Reserve Non Vintage Champagne 75Cl - Clubcard price £30.00 = £22.50 each when you buy 6 bottles.

I don't think these are particularly worthwhile for the cheap stuff. Maybe if there's a certain bottle you're after with a decent Clubcard discount as well - your £12-13 "treat" bottles reduced to about £9-10, say, then pick up 6x with the 25% off... but not for plonk like Isla Negra especially if they've nudged the price up in advance of the sale.

I got Vina Sol, one of my faves, normally around £8.00, clubcard price £6.75 plus an extra 25% off making it just over a fiver a bottle which is a bargain! Thanks OP, 'preciated 😁
