About this deal

Found in FarmFoods at Ipswich on Bramford Road.

I normally pay £1.45 for 2.272L, which works out to be about 63p per litre.
This works out to be 50p per litre.

The milk was dated 1st March, so a week to go, which will do for me.

Good price , but worrying for farmers when big buyers are driving prices down like this, usually the animals suffer when expenditure like welfare and vet bills get cut, sorry to sound like a melt.

Could be national, it's often dated for a week anyway in farmfoods

    I normally get two for £2.50 so a 25p saving per 2L.
Not too bad but I still recall the days when you got 2 x 2L for £1

Anyone find farm foods milk to not be as good quality in comparison to other supermarket milk like Tesco? (edited)

Yes, exactly this! Noticed a few bottles went off early but still suffices on the whole

beware - this is a deliberate ploy to change from 4 pints to 2L - soon it will be back to the 4 pint price, but youll be getting 12% less milk. Iceland has done the same selling the 2L and 3L for the same price as they were selling the 4 and 6 pint bottles.
