    Have you got the Lidl version? There is no Lidl in my town, so weighing up whether it's worth the journey to get the one you mention or not.

    funny enough i was looking at this yesterday...any good for removing heavy moss?

    taking me forever to hand rake it all out

    I personally, when you use it first time for the season and the moss is thick, do a couple of passes setting the initial pass higher than the next. Too much resistance from the thick moss could burn the motor out. Don't forget a pass with the mower between using the rake.

    Just bought this, reviews seems ok and hopefully enough to sort my really badly mossed up garden out.
    I was going to hire one but this is a cheaper option and you get to keep it.

    Does the job but if the grass is even slightly damp it will jam up. Don't even bother using the grass box because it's woefully small.
    The scarifier blades don't really cut clean lines and instead just scratch up your lawn. The rake is good though.

    These were never almost £100 a year ago, I was looking for one. Screwfix have increased the price and then reduced it. Or it's the cost of lockdown that they've gone up in price

    I payed 45 last year...its does a great job ...but collection box is very small...so make heaps
