How do the wow points work exactly? I would of assumed they are credited after the purchase so can't be used for the product you are buying?

You can’t use it to buy the same item however they are valued as one pence each. So 8x retail value of tv earns you £8 per £100 spent. And you can transfer them to your bank account as an option

    This or the LG c1?

C1 for best picture quality whereas Sammy for super bright rooms (ie room with multiple windows and sky lights)
Moreover LG has screen burn risk (although rare but possible)” (edited)

Got this TV from richer sounds back in November. Really pleased with it. Great picture, quick interface, loads of features.
Speakers are decent too (but I would recommend a soundbar for the best experience).

Could someone please explain on the WoW points: "So 8x retail value of tv earns you £8 per £100 spent" ?

Do you have perks at work portal? It’s explained there and if you are using Samsung epp store through perks at work, you wouldn’t miss your points as it all stays on your account for any previous purchases

thanks OP, was waiting on this one to fall, great price, doubt it will be beaten at 660 (post wow cashback). use topcashback Samsung business for another £20. seems to track. (edited)

I'm sorry for asking, but what are WoW points and how do you get them? I have access to the EPP, but how does this work? And could I use wow points to get the 43 even cheaper? Thanks again.

What are Wow Points? I have access to Samsung EPP through my work portal. The URL is for Rewardgateway and I don't see anything about Wow points.

Do they give you any rewards or cash back?

Is it possible to order through someone else's epp? Price is tempting but I don't have access to epp

Yes why not. Just don’t share your card details. May be worth doing it in front of them (secure card transaction) and use a credit card. Remember section 75 something provides you much better protection

What is everyone's experience with Q-Symphony? Is it worth changing the TV for?

I have a Hisense TV which I purchased not so long ago, but I have since then added a Samsung Soundbar (Q990B), which makes me want to switch to a Samsung TV if Q-Symphony is something worth switch for.

I doubt it would be significant enough improvement to warrant an upgrade. If it's a low end Hisense then the picture improvement may be worth it.

Good deal but better with the LG Richer Sounds deal due to the warranty. Not many Samsung tellies last 6 years these days. (edited)

think I am returning this one. the rainbow effect is crazy with low level lighting reflection. seems there is no fix, its to do with the filter coating on the 90b itself.

I'm worried about this too. I went to Currys and couldn't see any but they have a very controlled setup. Could you explain your room setup and what light source is causing it along with the position please? Thanks.

That very lucky as EPP purchases are specifically excluded.
