As others have mentioned, Turkey is no longer the cheap holiday destination it was once known for. I have a summer house there (I am Turkish) and go every year. Don’t be fooled by the exchange rate, to put into perspective, we go to the same restaurant every year, summer of 2022 (£1=₺20) meal came up to ₺500 (£25), same meal in summer 2023 (£1=₺30) was ₺1500 (£50) which is par to what I would’ve paid in a restaurant here in the UK. I wouldn’t even consider self catering in Turkey, your weekly shop from a supermarket like Migros will probably be more than your holiday.

As others have said, you are better off going all inclusive to a 5* resort if you are a family that likes to drink and eat otherwise this deal does have it’s perks if you’ve never been to Turkey, weather will be hit and miss, can average 20-22 degrees during the day for middle of April, evenings will be cold, sea will be too cold to swim. You can always take a boat across to Kos.

Bodrum is cold to swim in april and also the most expensive city of Turkey. So, think twice before the visit.

If you would like to go to Turkey go to a 5 star hotel (everything including) otherwise you will pay double or even triple there especially in Bodrum

The state of Turkish currency atm this should be all inclusive tbh
