Still waiting for my voucher from the 500mb broadband I got in March. I can say Internet has been perfect but I have been using my own routers

Got my Amazon voucher from my end of March 500mb install about 2 months ago without any chasing, as well as Quidco.

My phone contract is with Vodafone now but my contract ends in a few months and may change provider. If i was to take out this broadband and get the discount for being a Vodafone customer, what happens if i was to change mobile phone providers? Will i lose the discount ?

    Yes, you will.

Good stuff, have to say my Vodafone broadband has been flawless for years now

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with, they failed to take over my line from BT and it has been 18 months since and they've not yet provided me with broadband. It takes so long to speak to someone as they have call centres all over the world and the staff barely understand english. BT on the other hand it took me 13 seconds to get through to someone in the UK and any issues are sorted ASAP.

They really are the worst company in the world. They say they don't do throttling.... They don't need to, their network is so bad it does it for them. Absolutely never buy Vodafone anything.

    *New customers only!

That's how I read it. Existing customers receive £3 off the current price £24 so effectively £21. That correct?

really wish it wasn't 24 months.

Same deal available via Topcashback i think. Showing as £50 but might be due to being a plus member.

I'm seeing different cashback amounts and no voucher offer

Yeh Vodafone been pretty good this end, I’ve no doubt if you do have issues with them they probably will be hard work but what company isn’t nowadays.

Still haven’t been paid TCB it was missing and have chased it up several times

Network unstable - that's the new tagline on any site / app I use since switching to Voda. My 52mb copper NOW connection was more reliable than their FTTP. Roll on 18 months so I can escape

Same experience here - years of solid service with minimal issues from plusnet but since i changed to voda in the past 3 months seems like every day there is a couple of outages, luckily only for a few minutes so far

Vodafone was been rock solid for about 2.5 years but in the last 6 months it's been abysmal for me. Daily connection drops, reconnections with unusable upload speeds. I've replaced everything (wires, router, filters) and had engineers out to test and it's entirely on their end. Only reason I haven't left is City Fibre and BT are building proper fibre in the area and I don't want locked in for a couple years somewhere. Their customer service isnt great either (not their fault, I wouldn't care on minimum or worse wage either)

Spoke to a couple Comms engineers and they think Vodafone's back end is cheaply run, under invested and is probably struggling to cope with the capacity at times. I'd avoid them like the plague now. (edited)

I can’t wait until my contract ends, unreliable connection, poor hardware, no customer support. I’ll never use Vodafone again.

Just ordered. How does the voucher work. Do they email/send you it or do i have to do anything else.

Also did anyone get a ring door bell added for free (existing voda customers)
