    Like to add my seasoning and put on pellet grill on Super Smoke (180-225F) takes around 60-90 minutes to come to an IT of around 120F then crank the grill up to 600F to sear 5 minutes either side till IT of the steak reaches 130-135F and rest for 10 minutes comes out a perfect medium rare

    Nice served with a Green Bean Casserole and some roasties all done on the Grill also (edited)

    Depends on the skillet. You'll need a flat area larger than you get with a common (30cm) frying pan to fit it in.
