The Sunlight Garden Family pairs its two pools with a Turkish-meets-international buffet and a well-equipped kids’ club. This hotel’s nestled in the town centre, on a street that’s stocked with shops, restaurants and bars. "In an attempt to be fair I will start with the pros..resort is clean and tidy. Pools are clean although they have extremely rough edges with caused numerous cuts and scratches to young children getting in and out. Rooms are cleaned daily although sheets and towels only changed once in 10 days. Cons..the managerial staff are ignorant ,rude and incompetent. They have absolutely no concept of customer service and don't care. In order to secure any sort of service tips are required even if you are all inclusive as we were. The beer is watered down, the majority of the food is inedible and repetitive, the kids club is a con ..only lasts 45mins and is a money making exercise and the entertainment is patchy. On our last night my wife was seriously assaulted in front of our three young children by a drunken male and female who had been kicked out of their previous hotel two days before the end of their holiday. When I attempted to stop the assault which involved her being dragged to the floor and repeatedly kicked in the head by a 6,2 man and his girlfriend I was restrained by bar staff who then called the police and told them it was my fault. The guests that caused the trouble were not evicted. When I complained about our treatment the following morning I was told that "stuff happens" Before we travelled my wife was suspicious that all reviews on here were positive. The reason for that is because the management attempt to get any negative reviews taken down by asking staff to contact reviewers and telling them to say they will be fired if the negative review is not removed. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only will we never come back we will NEVER go to Turkey again. Absolute disgrace"
