I said before and I'll say it again: according to the specs written on the plug, this can deliver 60w from one port if no other device is connected to the other port. Good price. Hot! (edited)

Most do that & this has the benefit of another port over the anker chargers which are more money

Paid £17.73 two years ago. Still going strong in daily use

Looks chunky, are they sure it's using GaN technology

Seems a bit oversized for being a GaN charger

It isn't particularly big - Just bought a 2nd to power a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3i Chromebook - It is notable smaller than the big brick and cable that comes supplied with that - and has the 2nd port.

Does anybody know if this is powerful enough for a switch? (edited)

Almost every charger is powerful enough for a Switch.

If you only need lower wattage say 20 W and you get this

I know it will not overcharge but in a good way the device is over specced so less likely to
breakdown due to overheating at a paltry 20 W ?

Had one of these and the twin usb c version for several years now…. Great for holidays (with an adaptor) as this can power everything from a phone to a surface pro, and my canon SLR….

There's also a 2xUSBc version for £4 more which seems good value. I have very few devices that use USB A now.

Do phone chargers tend to have a USB-C connector at the charger end as well now?? I still have lots of USB-A sockets to plug things into.

I need a decent high output USBa charger.

would a C>A adaptor throttle the power?

Is this ok for the Steam Deck? To power the hub?
