From the past user M1 "11 iPad" complained that battery drained so quick
For same money you can get MacBook Air with much better battery and proper OS
Plus you have full keyboard + track pad i mean full Laptop where iPad is iPad OS
If have spare cash then yes can have lot of devices but MacBook Air will do much more then iPad
I got in the past 12 Inch tablet and biggest issue is was to keep in the bed/ hand / or on the table so uncomfortable as always fall down . Where if you have macbook the sreen till adjust how you want + it is much more bigger screen to watch etc ...
Torn between this and a 12.9.
In addition, considering going for the m1 air as I've seen some good refurb prices, but don't know how crucial the 120hz screen will be on the pro
it also has the better mini led display.the 11 “ Pro has lcd display.
for me the 120hz is important,feels faster and more fluid.

The equivalent new M2 model is £1249. The M1 is already overkill for a tablet and the only other useful new feature is the hover option with the Apple Pencil.
The M1 may be a couple of years old but it benchmarks higher than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip in the new Samsung Tab S9 tablets.

Is this more or less a good price for one ?
I did similarly, i upgraded from an old iPad Pro with cellular to one of these M1 iPads without cellular. I do miss that feature i must admit but I couldn't find a deal on the cellular version.
