I returned a MusicMagpie "good" iPhone 12 last week as it was in really bad condition. Returns were swift and easy though.

Since purchased a "good" iPhone 12 from the iOutlet and it came absolutely immaculate. Only very slight nicks on the back edges, which aren't visible with a case. Battery health was 89% and all stated on the packing slip without me needing to check. Based on my single experience, i'd recommend

Sent an iPhone 11 and an Apple Watch back to this seller. Sim reader didn’t work on the phone and the watch was scratched to f*** I avoid them now.

I bought two ‘very good’ iPhone 12 from them at xmas. One was immaculate, the other had non genuine screen fitted. Sent it back. Bought another ‘very good’ and it came scratched and dinged up, so returned for exchange, been two weeks and still waiting for replacement, despite numerous phone calls and promises from customer services(annoyed) I’m giving them until the end of this week. That's getting down to a decent price for the 12. Still not quite cheap enough to buy a bag full of them for every time the wife / other female relative smashes them, puts in the washing machine, drops them down the toilet, or drops them in a cup of tea. A role filled for a long time by the bag of iPhone SEs, and now filled by the bag of iPhone 8s!

Got mine today. 86% battery health.

Sides are a bit scratched up, but won't see that in a case.

Screen is mint though, so I'm happy for £300, will probably keep.

i got a 128gb B iphone 12 for £300 from "game" before christmas. didnt realise how good of a deal it was. lol

Just got mine, scratches everywhere and a long list of defects on the packing slip. The ebay ad says "full working order", not with an earpiece speaker that doesn't work.

Edit: I sent it back and they replaced it with a nice one without defects or screen scratches. (edited)
