I’ve just bought a grade C iphone 14 from them for £500 (£440 if cashback tracks) hopefully it will be okay, never had a grade C from them before.

Typing on my iPhone 12 graded C.

Had 11 months Apple warranty left, 100% battery and had a 5mm scratch on the back of the phone. Came with original box and cable. (edited)

How does someone get so many "Opened - never used" iPhones? Get them so cheap they can afford to sell them for £594?
    u664541's avatar
Going by their address is the same as Tesco eBay store I guess these are from their mobile division.

Be careful with this as I bought a phone during the last voucher as new opened box and the battery health was 83%

    From cheapest_electrical?

Realistically, if you’ve got £600 to spend on a phone, you could save a little more and spend £750 on an iPhone 15 - at least you are then future proofing with USB-C and the suite of features it has.

iPhone 15 not much improvement except camera, and usb c but u can always get lighting cable to usb C not missing much

    Dynamic island!!

Turned the blob into a virtue, but honestly, rather not have anything obstructing the full picture (edited)

It’s awful placement of the dynamic island I prefer the notch it’s less intrusive

Open box = second hand. It's really that simple.

Stick a cover on it, use it for a fortnight or two, stick it back in the box after a quick wipe and say you never used it. Maybe they should come with that description.

Also I do love it when private eBay sellers list iPhones as refurbished

I've taken a punt on a B Grade. Arriving tommorow. If its not to my liking it'll just be returned.

Good company, one of the few I’d feel comfortable ordering from on eBay.

Agree and they give a full VAT invoice if ordering for a business. Most other refurb company’s operate on the margin scheme.

So its a brand new phone, only differennce, seal on the box is broken?
  13. Mikeyz's avatar
I would suggest these are demo phones, hence why the battery % will often be poor.
    markoUK's avatar
Thats not really an open box, phone not used then is it......

“Item is new and unused with possible box damaged/ box replaced with item seal removed. Item is otherwise complete with all accessories as you would expect from a new item. 12 months warranty supplied. Apple warranty may be active. 12 month warranty will be provided by seller. (edited)

Bought 2 iphone 14s from them last month, one B+ the other grade A - never used. Both 100% battery with decent warranty left. Also ordered a Grade B and returned. As such an excellent company that responds well and provides genuine discounts on eBay rather than those that up their prices before a sale. Additionally - their categories are pretty clear and well defined.
    Paul1802's avatar
Slightly confused here. How can an unused phone be a grade B+?
  15. eddibabyyeah's avatar
How about Apple warranty? When I ordered a grade A phone from O2 and it went faulty after five months Apple said that it was out of the 12 month warranty from them, as it was registered 8 months before. I had one hell of a problem getting O2 to deal with it, as they kept saying go back to Apple, who rightly said no way.
