For anyone else looking this seems to be the best deal on this right now. So giving some heat here as I've tried to track down a better live deal, but failed so far.

The MBP M1 (max variant especially) seems to be at the point where most retailers and resellers have sold off their stock. Some of course are still in M2 price land. But Technoworld, Laptops Direct and Misco are between ~2400-2500.

On 14 v 16. I popped into an Apple-authorised seller yesterday to check out the form factor. Ofc it's subjective, but the 16-inch model is quite a big laptop. Seeing 14 in person made up my mind for me. There are some other trade-offs talked about elsewhere but personally, I would not buy the 16 even if the same price (other than to sell it on haha)

I'm trying to land something a bit hotter, chime in on the below post if you find anything.

The 16inch the other day was £300 more but also had 4TB of memory. However I still think this is a good price. If you do a price for a M2 Max MacBook Pro 14 with this spec it’s over 4K so this is a serious machine! Again same as last time I’m not sure what people are doing with 64GB in a laptop

Why have you uploaded 2 links, are they for different coloured MacBooks?
I need to upgrade my MacBook Pro (2016) & was hoping to spend around 1600£. Is it worth waiting for a cheaper deal or is this” not to miss”kind of a deal? (edited)

    Same, need to upgrade.

This would be a colossal upgrade for me, but the M1 Pros are starting to fall into a price range that is making me think about buying something fully loaded.

I dont think this is a "not to miss" to miss kind of deal. But how long are you willing to wait? / will lower spec do?
