Got one of these, lasted about 6 months before it stopped charging. Tried to get it returned and got sent through so many hoops I gave up (which is what they want, I know). Avoid.

Anyone know how this compares to the Remington Quick Cut?

I have the Quick Cut and it’s a cracking bit of kit. I use it with no guards and rinse it after each use. I also apply the oil every couple of weeks or when I think it’s sticking a bit. I’ve had it a few years now and it’s still going strong. The Babyliss one looks clunky to use compared to the Remington which is a doddle once you get used to the different grip compared to standard clippers (edited)
