    True. I checked the 'before' picture and can see 6 cables that miraculously just disappear when you use one of these

    dunno about CCWGTV, cos that bastard consumes more wattage than a fire stick, remember fire sticks still use micro usb. so I dont think this can power a CCWGTV. I use this similar product for my fire stick alone, I have not tried with my CCWGTV and I don't even need it for it cos of it's higher wattage to power on. (edited)

    This is basically just a box with a Capacitor in it, which stores up a tiny bit of power.   Most TV's only provide 500mA, and during boot, a Firestick can require up to 800mA.   This is why people need to plug in via a mains adapter brick most of the time.

    Although technically this is a nice solution to the problem, allowing you to power it from the TV's USB port without issue, its a ridiculous price for what costs probably £2-3 to produce.. and the marketing blurb about it having a 'smart chip' and enhancing resolution is absolute waffle.

    yes some of us know 🤷🏾‍♂️. if it could be cheaper anywhere else I would have posted one. the last one I posted and bought was 21 quid last year. it's even a recommended product by Amazon themselves. bundled with a fire stick 4k.
