This is the best vegan burger so far.

Just season generously, I use liquid smoke, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, make sure you get s really good crust on it, and you'll be in your happy place.

My kids aren't vegan, but fussy eaters, but they eat these very happily.

Me on the other hand, will be ecstatic!.

I use a home made burger sauce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and sliced sweet pickle slices, and that's my Friday treat!

That is far too much of a carbon footprint

Cows release methane which means this burger does have a significantly smaller CO2e footprint. Did my masters dissertation on a similar topic, you would be surprised how much CO2e comes out of just feeding the cow and out its rear end.

Anyway best vegan burgers around, heat!

I enjoy these, however they leave a taste in your mouth that's weirdly hard to get rid of? the plant balls are great with pasta sauces etc.

I saw a post on here about 1.5% of the UK being vegan. Just want to say that 14% of the UK population are non meat eaters, bit over 9 million so not really a few. (edited)

    Interesting findings above.
According to this, almost half of Greater London (46%) could be following a meat-free diet by the end of the year. The meat industry would be in trouble if this is true. (edited)

Certainly a very acceptable fake burger
Price is still too high in my not so humble opinion.

How so? 2 quid for 2 burgers is on par with the beef burgers.

At there normal price of 5 quid I agree too expensive.

But at 2 quid, naa I need more of these and I'm a meat eater.

Had the mince and it was very nice. Didn't taste like meat, but still really good. Way better than the powdery Quorn mince. (edited)
