For those harder-to-reach messes on the couch or stairs, simply attach the 3” Tough Stain Tool to the 8-foot hose and you can deep clean all around your home.
Once you're done cleaning, if you used Express Clean Mode, you’ll only have to wait about 45 minutes for your carpet to dry and you'll enjoy easy cleanup thanks to the easy-to-remove nozzle and tanks in Express Clean Mode (reference instructions in user guide). Tested on new carpet with protectant. Results may vary.

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. Using the goods before returning them within the allotted 14 day period does not constitute taking reasonable care of them.
If you use the goods before returning them to us you will be responsible for the costs of us reconditioning those goods.

sorted byI'm not sure if this is normal with all carpet washers, but I noticed after using a carpet cleaner, the carpet became flat and lot it's 'bounce'.
But never mind, when you phone Bissell and complain about the belt after one use they will tell you that it is a 'consummable item, not covered under warranty but we can sell you a replacement for £15 plus £4.95 pandp.
Used to be a great brand with solid machines.
