The transfer is excellent. Very minor noise reduction annoyingly however the French version contains a higher bitrate stream and Dolby Vision which side by side is the better option of the two.

Still love the scene at the start with the sprinklers filled with blood while New Order's Confusion (pump panel remix) is playing!

Absolutely love this film and I think it gets overlooked with the Marvel/DC stuff of the past 10-15 years.

Ultra 4K, so you can really see how rubbish that CGI blood is.

I’ve watched quiet a few films I loved which have been ruined by 4k. Total recall springs to mind but also shutter island and others I can’t remember now. If the blood scene does look bad, it might be worth skipping. And just watching the hd version

I wish they would update the effects for a 4k UHD release. They have the negative prints but no will to spend the cash.
