I'd avoid purely due to they soy content

With regards to ingredients, if it is in brackets for example "Protein Blend – (Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Milk Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Protein, Pea Protein Isolate, Soya Protein Isolate)." Then the soy can be the main protein. With this product it's not in brackets which means there is actually more Whey Protein Concentrate & Milk Protein Concentrate than soy.

I do agree that the carbs are quite high, I personally use TPW (the protein works) and GN (go nutrition) when they have deals. but getting this for 29 pound for 6kg is a great deal. (It's 50% off this product, and i dont think theres many 6kgs left but 4kg comes in at £20 which is roughly the same price.

Taste is okayish for the first couple of times but the real problem is the mixability - it's by far the worst I have ever seen and mixability is considered essential to the quality of the protein. Don't waste your money on that.

Have to disagree on both your points there. I originally did have chocolate which at first tasted alright but by the end of it I was sick of it. So this time I have raspberry and it tastes gorgeous. And that is coming from someone who hates milkshakes in general.

Also I have purchased a shake bottle with metal ball in which whisks the powder up in about 12 seconds. Truly wonderful! Now I just need to find similar priced pre-gym shake.

people saying this is low protein per serving are really showing a lack of knowledge, this is a diet whey so it its impossible to get a high protein content per serving due to other ingridients. This is the same ingredient profile as much more expensive brands so in my opinion it is very good value!

Have you tried the Nutrisport 90+ - you can pick up the 5kg tubs for under £50 on eBay and it's 90% Protein! :O

you simply CAN NOT buy another powder of the same quality for this price. Anyone who disagrees is clueless. Heat.

Snoopy18, cyclone isn't bad, just in my opinion it's massively over priced and you're just paying for a brand name

Sorry, I didn't mention an alternative. MP gets such bad press lately its hardly worth quoting, although I never had any problems personally. You also mentioned that you tried my other suggestion and therefore I assumed you knew it was both higher protein percentage and cheaper. I use nutrisport 90+, I find it a perfect balance between long and short digestion proteins as I take a shake in the morning and I work out at about midnight, so take a shake before bed. currently I get it from amazon for £47.02.

Maybe my post wasn't clear, I was referring to bodybuildingwarehouse customer service.
I'm well aware of the issues with mp at the minute. Personally I've only had one small issue with mp but it wasn't the easiest of experiences to sort out
