HOW TO ENJOY - Best served neat, on the rocks or with a splash of water. Or if you're looking for a longer serve, it can be mixed with soda or ginger ale with lots of ice.

PERFECT FOR GIFTING - A beautiful bottle presented in luxurious gold packaging, making Cardhu Gold Reserve the perfect gift for any whisky enthusiast.

GIFTING OCCASION - Beautifully presented in luxurious gold packaging and one of the most luxurious bottles in the world, making Cardhu Gold Reserve the perfect gift for any whisky lover.

A smooth, beautifully structured and well-balanced Speyside malt with a rich texture and a successful balance of sweet fruits, dark chocolate, toffee and spices. Quite dry with hints of oak and cinnamon, finished with toffee and apple notes. Master Blender Dr Matthew Crow has conscientiously selected casks to create an approachable, sweet malt whisky with a spicy finish. It is best served neat in a balloon glass or with a little water. But when served on ice, the Gold Reserve develops more fruity notes.

To be honest it's nearly always at or around this price somewhere, it pops up on here all the time.
The RRP is massively over the top to give the appearance of a "bargain"

True, I'm usually buying around this price and good to get a reminder when the offer is on...

The only thing I put in my whisky is another whisky , yes I know there's a school of thought
that it tastes better with a drop of water or ice but I've never been one of them
going to Sainsbury's today for the beer offer we'll have a I look

this constantly drops to £25 (looks like inflation has hit it though). The RRP is massively overinflated to make it seem like it's a good deal but you can essentially always get this stuff at this price point. It spends more time at £25 than at the rrp.

Agreed but the quality is better than a £25 bottle IMO, tastes like a £35
