    This is listed as 79 minutes which suggests it's the theatrical version. The directors cut runs around 5 minutes longer. I first saw this on Moviedrome and fell in love with its eerie atmosphere. George Romero said that this film had a big influence on Night Of The Living Dead, so for that I will always be greatful.

    Classic movie, wonder what the quality this version is. Some of the public domain versions are terrible quality, but there's a restored version from about 10 years ago that is really good

    I have the Criterion version on DVD and it is an excellent release with lots of interesting extras. I also have it on a DVD that I bought from Poundland that has 2 other 'public domain' horror films on it as well. The picture quality is as you would expect is terrible.

    I think this is a bit like Night of the living Dead its public domain so you can get it for free legally if you really want.

    But if you want to add it to your Amazon library for less than a quid why not!
