    They have a Facebook page with only 5 or 6 likes. I think it’s a company based out of a garden centre. I’ve not pulled the trigger as I’m unsure on it.

    What is the main advantage of these ovens ? They cook much faster than conventional ovens ? Is there any impact on the end taste too ?

    It’s is fast but that’s due to much higher temps which is the important bit. It’s the same as if you wanted to bake a cake in an oven, you could do it at 100, but you wouldn’t get the same kick and end up with a fairly flat cake that takes longer to cook so it dries out.
