    Yes. Service was obviously cheaper but think that they don't reduce the price to reflect not using their oil though - probably as punishment to prevent you doing it again. (edited)

    You must be driving VAG group...remember my MK3 octavia VRS was using more engine oil than fuel.

    My focus takes 5w30 but a5, would this LL have higher or different not compatible spec to use?

    No... You have to use an A5/B5 spec. My Ford S-Max Titanium X Sport needs an A5 5w-30 spec and can't use the LL oil. (edited)
