Excellent price for these pizzas.

Pizza Margherita Tomato, Mozzarella & Sicilian Oregano
To make pizzas as authentic and delicious as any pizzeria in Italy, our starting point has always been the base. From a 'mother dough' starter, we create sourdough pizza bases in the traditional Neapolitan style. After slow-proving for 24 hours, we fire them in a wood oven before we add our toppings by hand.
Don't underestimate Margherita's simplicity; its ingredients are laid bare and only the best will do. Our sauce follows a traditional recipe using just tomatoes, olive oil and salt. Over that, we add creamy Italian fior di latte mozzarella, plus a generous sprinkling of aged Italian cheese for good measure. Then, as a final flourish, a scattering of oregano from Sicily.
'Altogether Italian'
In Italy, few things matter more than good food. It's a deep-rooted belief in the power of food to bring people together, a belief we share at Crosta & Mollica.

These are not vegetarian; non-vegetarian rennet is used in the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese. (edited)

For some reason these aren’t vegetarian if that matters to anyone. Taste good though.

Annoying thing is they have ruined every other ready made pizza, with them being so delicious.

That is so true. Personally, we always buy this one and have stopped buying any other super market pizzas 😁 (edited)

I have to admit these are very nice indeed & I like my proper pizzas

So if you see them on offer in the supermarkets then give them a try. Lots of different fillings out there.
