    Is this any good?

Dewalt drill/drivers are generally great quality and a 4.0Ah is also a good size. I highly doubt you'd be disappointed with this. I have had and currently own many Dewalt tools and they are very impressive.

Inevitably you'll get comments from fanboys who love other brands and will try to put Dewalt down but the truth is all the main manufacturers produce quality products and Dewalt is no different.

Bought this yesterday fantastic, only went in for a pack of impact bits and came out with that, 10% off app orders made my mind up

Is this model, with no brake, less superior to a similar spec that has an electric brake?

Looks quite a small motor for 18v, anyone any info on this models power compared to alternative 18v combi drills?

68Nm torque is about as much as you can get
