I have nothing against Dulux paint but I'm fairly certain everyone will have been told not to skimp on paint at least once in their lives.

The EasyCare range and up is where I would start, it just saves so many headaches.

If you've never used washable paint before, this recommendation is gold. Matte paint always marks up, but the duloux washable is brilliant

As per the other comment, easycare is great stuff. Never had issues with Dulux personally. Darker on lighter, easy - I've just done a whole room on 2.5l of Emerald Glade (was a light green before). 2 coats.

The other room? That was a pink (Boho Blush) on a slightly darker pink (dusted fondant). Needed 5 litres and three coats. Also easycare.

Both are rooms for kids so the scrubbable is an absolute must imo and worth every penny. I've used the "Once" Dulux as well - it does work, but, you must do very small areas to benefit - I ended up doing two coats.

My top tip? Those jumbo rollers that hold more paint and de-fluff with packing tape first. Get a job done super quick..

Anyway. Good price on regular at 15 and easycare at 21.

Painted a room with this in the past few weeks, did all the right things in terms of prep and timing. Literally touching the walls marks it, and attempting to remove said marks will wreck the finish. In all, the room was painted four times as every time our floor fitters even touched the walls they would mark. And I'm not talking the kind of small imperfections that you wouldn't notice either. I would only use this paint for a ceiling in hindsight.

Went to a proper paint place and bought trade stuff subsequently.
