Saw a review that it struggles with per hair on hard floors. How true?

    That would surprise me greatly.

We've the predecessor to this which is pretty much the same but without the app.

We got it because we'd two large, hairy Golden retrievers and two cats, so its sole purpose has been to pick up pet hairs every night.

We've been very impressed with it. Does its job perfectly on our tiled kitchen floor and snug area (where the pets and we are most).

Parts are easy got too. One of the motors went on ours and i thought it was going to be a write off. Got a new wheel motor for £16 delivered and a two minute youtube video gave me the info on how to fit it.

    Would highly recommend these. (edited)

Voted hot. Didn't get a lot of love on here, which is fine, but this is a lower cost option with higher suction, mapping, and mop functionality for lower. Albeit from a less known brand. I'm not just looking to get more views on my deal, genuinely don't mind about that, go and vote it cold for all I care! Just really think this is good value so thougth I'd put in the conversation on this.

Have the 15C and think it's pretty awesome. Not sure how this one compares, but the tech is good.

Great little thing, had one for a few years but started dropping off wifi recently and therefore not running at all. Upgraded and got the eufy by Anker RoboVac X8 and it's worth the extra if you have it to spare, no more just dumb bumping around as it uses the laser mapping, never misses bits on this model.

For the money difference, there's nothing wrong with this vacuum at this price! Voted hot!

On that matter, there's the X8 hybrid on sale for 350. Mop plus vacuum, strongly considering it but not sure i want to add 200 to the 150 budget.

Had a different model that was terrible. Think it was faulty out of the box and eventually died

what was the issue with it?

I purchased this model in Jan 2020. It was great and I used it almost daily on both hard wood floors and carpets. The water reservoir developed a leak (Oct 2022, still under warranty)through a tiny crack and it was impossible to get a replacement part, Amazon ended up refunding me and I purchased a Deenkee one instead.
