    The benefit I get from my eufy without LiDAR is that it fits under my sofas on hard flooring - agree the smarter robot vacuums do a much better job of mapping and coverage - but I’m happy to go with the still impressive mapping system on this type of model for the slimmer profile if that’s what you’re looking for.

    I guess it depends on the height under the furniture, but ours with Lidar, still makes it under our bed and arm chairs in the main living room, the sofa reclines, so we just put that up for the robot to clean under.
