Description false "example whey protein £21".. serious gainz shouldn't be classified as whey protein, it's a blend of different types of protein and on top of that it's rather a weight gainer. Please correct it's misleading (edited)
    Murdock's avatar
I don't think it even a blend of different types of protein. It's a weight gainer with some protein mixed in.

Managed to get a 4kg tub of "Serious Protein" in Chocolate for £18.98 including shipping

5kg whey concentrate comes to £84.

I'm looking to get my first protein powders, whether it be concentrate or isolate - whichever is cheap and tastes good in water.

As I understand, around £10 per kg of concentrate is a good deal and a few more £ for isolate. Could anyone point me to any actual deals? £84 comes to £16.80 which seems standard. (edited)

Best one I sometimes get is ON Gold Standard, but it's expensive. It's fine with water though. Pit can be found in supermarkets and discount stores in smaller tubs. PBN as mfactor linked is good for the money.
No matter what I get though I always find chocolate too sweet so I add cocoa powder to it.

When I was no-carb I added half unsweetened almond milk to give it creamy milky texture. (edited)

Serious Gainz is almost a sneaky little thing
As it's identical packaging, pricing, name to Serious Protein.

    You want Serious Protein one
Its 3x the servings and basically 1/3rd the serving size but at Similar Protein content
Serving of Protein Version is 24.2g protein per 30g serving
Gainz is 24g per 100g (Serving is 125g)
Gainz has 40 Servings in a 5kg Tub, Serious Protein has 133 servings in a 4kg Tub

    Be weary (edited)

Pure Fruity Whey Isolate - Pineapple and other flavours available in 2kg packs. With discount code it’s about £36 for two kilos or £18 per kilo. They are back in stock after a long time
    Mobb_Deep's avatar
Now even cheaper with code DECLINE
60% off is common with BW items so don't worry if you miss it
  6. Mobb_Deep's avatar
Use Code APP60 for 60% off BW range (Warrior doesn't count even though it's the same owners)

Only order if you know you’ll never need customer service!

I returned two boxes of protein bars, and have had no luck.

No response to emails, and the phone call goes straight to an automated voicemail.

Waiting to claim a refund through PayPal

Use code DECLINE for 60% off, but it's only valid for a few hours. It's applicable to all BW branded products. Just got 24 Lux Flapjacks and a big bag of creatine for £20.
Works on BW Whey Protein concentrate, and isolate if you don't fancy the Serious Gainz stuff.
    Mobb_Deep's avatar
If anyone misses it will probably be back soon
I waited last time hoping another Flavour of Creatine would come back in stock but it's still not changed so I am just gonna pull the trigger I am losing out on gainz 💪🏻

I hope I like the Lemon and Lime Creatine as I got a kilo but I do like Lemon and Lime Squash (edited)

If buying postage is £3.99,,,,, dont get it , get the years free postage (next day) for £5.99 that way you can buy small stuff all year without getting hit with postage, i don't use them a lot but the free postage has more than paid for itself....

Edit : gone up to £9.99 wait for it to drop maybe, got mine for £1 (edited)
    di9100's avatar
Curious if that £1 deal comes by often. Because if it does, it'd be worth me spending the £4 on delivery fee for this one and ordering 2 or 3 now.

Edit: oh nvm, it doesn't add extra discounts ordering more than 1. So either get one now with £4 delivery or £10 membership. (edited)

Ordered a couple boxes of the flapjacks at £6 a box! cheers for heads up.

Did they unlist all the non-consumable items for this promotion or something? I thought I might be able to grab another pair of wrist wraps for deadlifts or pair of comfy tops, but the clothing section is completely empty

Tried Versa Gripps or Bear Grip?
  14. Kanlaya_Fowler's avatar
you have to look at the detail to see how much protein and how many servings... some 5kg has less servings than 2kg, etc
    mfactor's avatar
Agree, not a big fan of the serious stuff....I don't mind paying a bit more , tho not the stupid prices some sites ask

Bought 2kg of isolate from these guys last week for £22.50 and x24 bars for £4.49. Well chuffed.

How did you manage that, that’s some discount! I buy those same bars
  17. JoeBawbag's avatar
Don't be tempted by their protein bars, they taste like a soft, synthetic, sugary block
    di9100's avatar
Some people seem to like them, while others can't stand them so I'll give them a try sometime when they're on a better offer. I want some snacks to replace chocolates with, and flapjacks or protein bars might be good enough. What would you recommend?
  18. PureBlood's avatar
    Thanks
  19. hugokhf's avatar
did they bumped up the base price for their protein flapjack? Looks to be a bit more expensive from last I ordered
    Mobb_Deep's avatar
I don't think they did but it was probably just a better code

This code is good for non Bodybuilding warehouse branded items
I am waiting for the 60% to come back but theyre usually BW Brand only
  20. Django's avatar
Anyone know of the flapjacks taste good?
    leel246's avatar
I think they do. I've got all the flavours and the only one I'm not keen on is the birthday cake. It's two sweet. The wife and kids really like it though.
