True, but I bet they’ve messed with the taste so it don’t taste like it used to

This isn't a deal though? In Poundland they are the same price and usually on and off for £1 in B&M, home bargains and Iceland? Where is the deal?

Perhaps in the fact that for Prime members Amazon will deliver it right to your door for £1.06?

I was recently at the Zagreb chocolate museum and Fry's were the first company in the world to make a chocolate bar in 1842. It also mentioned that there was a scandal during the late 1800s that all chocolate makers fell foul to, putting random crap like lead in the chocolate. After the scandal Cadburys proposed an industry standard marker on packaging and according to the museum this screwed Fry's and they never recovered. Not sure if they were against it publicly or something, it didn't say!

Of course, it's reassuring to know, in the light of that proposal by Cadbury's that Mondelez would never consider putting random crap into Cadbury's chocolate.
