    3x8 gears wow, old school....

Still works. and spare parts are cheap. I run 3x7 and 3x8 on my two tourers for that reason, and also because it does give a wide range of gear ratios without lots of gear changes to get from one side of an 11 speed cassette to the other..

Had this when it was on offer last time.wouldnt go from gear 2 to 3 .will skip to gear 4. I had this for £200 from wiggle coz they messed up with my delivery so they gave me discount

If you look on the GCN YouTube channel it will show you how to index your derailleur. A lot simpler than it sounds I promise! Derailleur cables stretch over time so need replacing (£2) when they get old.

Wouldn't touch this over a similarly priced Vitus:

Edit - looks like the code is expired. Worth the extra though. (edited)

The Vitus looks good but this has Shimano gears and cassette which I prefer. Would probably be happy with either though!

Tourney is quite good and won't give any problems.
