sorted byIf you need the music then this doesn't have it. 255 has better dual band GPS and is essentially the same internals as the 265 with a non amoled screen.
It's a good price, but if you need music then stick with the 245 if not then consider getting the 255. The updates on the 245 are not as frequent anymore.
I have the 245 non music and am tempted by this, but still content with what the 245 offers, but getting tempted with the software updates and additional features on the 255.

You could track golf as a walk, but if you wanted golf specific features (like course maps, distance to hole etc etc) - then you need a watch with golf features and mapping e.g forerunner 955, Fenix, Epix and i think they even sell some golf specific devices (edited)
