Great game, good price so have some heat. I Found some of the bosses extremely hard to pass though.

I have never managed to complete this, but go back to it now and again. Find with the bosses it needs quite a lot of experimentation, trial and error, particularly with what weapons etc put on the car for the boss fight, or sometimes its just about finding a way to get you to the boss with an almost full health gauge.

That is exactly what this is like! Your description is much better than the meaningless "rogue-lite" garbage label put on this and thrown around lazily on other games, which tells you sod all really.

There's a free pc demo on Steam, only ~500MB download, best pc purchase deal I've seen is in Fanantical bundle as posted earlier.

If demo plays a bit like Spy Hunter from my long gone days of yoof, will probably grab this on Switch at least.

It does, as someone said the end of level bosses can be hard, and as your collecting coins for armour/weapon/skills upgrades, with those two considerations you do have to repeat stages quite a lot. I was okay with that. Its a good under rated game really.
