Word to the wise if dealing with Gigabyte directly regarding RMA's... Get your phone or camera out and take pictures of whatever it is (close up shots as well) that you are sending off.

They have been known to reject returns for very suspicious reasons and have been caught multiple times dropping some sort of liquid on a returned hardware just so they can claim liquid damage caused by the owner/user and not have to deal with it.

Nice find OP. This has diagnostic LEDs which will be handy for my first build. Also it's a good board according to hardware unboxed.

great price OP, this looks very nice and it seems to be compatible with my Noctua NH-D15 cpu fan from my 2012 build (need to request the free mounting kit from them)

Does anyone know if this Power Supply from 2012 will work for this motherboard ?

Corsair CMPSU-1050HX Professional Series HX1050 1050W Power Supply

I currently have a GTX970 which I may use until I get a 4060TI or 4070

1050W is overkill for your build so yeah you are covered with that PSU
