sorted byMy local tesco superstore shows it has it in stock at the reduced price.
Obviously none on the shelf... So I ask an employee who checks on their app, and it shows 5 (!!) in stock. She gets excited about how cheap it is... And then starts "looking" for it in the store, and onvciously doesn't find any.
I'm quite aure it's in the store somewhere reserved for the employees....

The fact it's Gold Standard, who are hardly cheap, is the cherry on the top.
Prob going to a wild goose chase though I'd imagine.

Depending on your goals and calorie intake needed , then I’d say most people can hit their daily protein goals through real food very easily
Obviously whey protein has its place , but probably best if using it to ‘supplement ‘ what you can’t get through real food (edited)
