These things are absolutely useless. All the stuff about watching youtube is BS, you cant even open youtube using the screen. You can do nothing without voice commands and there doesnt even seem to be a browser. Literally the biggest pile of crap ever. (edited)

It's a smart display, so of course, it does not have a browser. You probably need a tablet instead. I don't like it, but it's not fair voting cold on a product you don't understand/need. There are enough comments on HUKD about this product. Sometimes, before buying it, it's worth reading the comments, so you know what you spend your money on.
I use mine (different model) for audio and video music, as a picture frame, checking my cameras, phone calls, and especially for controlling my smart technology.
I don't like it because it is too expensive, IMO. I had about 3 first gen and all of them were under £30. Also, i dont like it because it does not have a camera. . (edited)

    Does this work with ring

No, this works with Nest. For Ring, you need Echo smart displays. It works with some 3rd party smart displays. But they do not show the image automatically when someone rings. You have to ask the smart display to show the image. With Echo devices, the image is displayed when your doorbell rings.
