About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

HIGH5 ZERO Caffeine Hit is a light and refreshing sugar-free electrolyte and caffeine drink with zero calories that makes it easy to stay hydrated around intense exercise. When you sweat, you lose vital minerals so it’s important that they are replenished. With key electrolytes, sodium and magnesium, ZERO Caffeine Hit gives you what water can't.
One tablet of ZERO Caffeine Hit contains 75mg of caffeine, about the same amount as in a cup of coffee. When taking part in tough sports events, caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and capacity. That means you can go further than before! It also helps to increase concentration and reaction time.

What sort of quantity of water should these be added to? Is a litre too diluted to taste good? Also does anyone know of any generic or cheaper alternatives to Berocca? Thanks in advance.

Typically 1 electrolyte tablet per 500ml
But I often put 1 tab per 800-1000ml, to make them last longer (but you are getting less Sodium/Etc)

If you want to be really scientific about it, you can do a sweat test (wear a special patch for an hour, then post it to a lab for analysis) which will tell you your sweat rate and what ratios of minerals/electrolytes you excrete )

I typically add some orange squash / cordial to make it more to my preferred taste

That's a really good price ✔ Nice post OP

I've picked up these 8-Packs in the past from Wiggle or Amazon for £24-28, so £20 is a solid #DEAL

I use a few of these tablets a week... great for popping into my bottles when cycling/running to re-hydrate with some essential electrolytes, and get a wee caffeine boost. I sweat A LOT (over 1-Kg of body-mass per hour in the heat!!) so getting the sodium et al, back into the body, has proven to benefit me!!

I usually use these along with High5 Carb Powder or Gels for any training over an hour 👌
(I've not found anything else on the market to match High5 for efficacy/value/convenience)

Works out at £2.55 each which is the cheapest ive seen them at.

The single packs are also available at £3.18 each which isn't bad either! amzn.eu/d/6…uG5

I've taken to having these in the morning instead of coffee and feel way better for it although do wonder if that's a good idea...
