    My dad bought the original Hitachi M12V back around 1994, its in my possession now and it's a superb router whether you choose to have it in a table or for handheld work.

    Ooooh do the Ho Hikoki...

    This is the re-branded Hitachi , unlike the similar looking brand names regularly seen on Amazon which aren't. Should be a decent piece of kit.
